Thomas Otten

Thomas Otten has been working in Ukraine in the sphere of tax consultancy, accountancy and Financial Due Diligence since 2006.

Prior to his current appointment, Thomas Otten held the position of CEO at an international consulting company in Ukraine. His extensive experience in local accounting procedures and his broad expertise in this field have made Thomas Otten an acknowledged expert who is booked for numerous seminars (Management Circle, ICC, several German Chambers of Commerce) and is cited in related articles and papers.
The foundation for becoming a specialist for the Ukrainian market was laid in the late 90s during his 2 year banking job in Ukraine for KfW and EBRD.

From 2000 to 2006 Thomas Otten served as an expert in Financial Due Diligence and valuation as well as CFO for a manufacturing company in Germany.

Thomas Otten holds a degree in Business Administration (Dipl. Kfm.) from the University of Cologne, Germany.

Natalya Shevchenko

Natalya Shevchenko has over 12 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in different commercial sectors. As a Ukrainian lawyer she possesses key knowledge for consulting clients in various financial and legal questions.

Throughout her career she has held leading positions at an international consulting company and several positions as a head accountant in large industrial enterprises as well as small and middle sized companies.

Her experience in the field of accounting is highly respected and is implemented on a regular basis in assistance to the local authorities with any queries that they may have when resolving various issues.

Our team has years of experiences in the area of Ukrainian and international accounting and tax law. All of our employees have international experience and excellent language skills in German, English, Russian as well as Ukrainian.

When choosing staff for our projects we pay special attention to the personnel having the skills necessary to fulfil each client’s and each project’s requirements.  This approach helps to avoid additional expenses for the client who does not need to pay for an accountant’s or consultant’s acquisition of any supplementary knowledge.
